At Transpower’s Haywards substation, RoofLogic’s Ultratherm Xtreme Recover system with FiberTite offered a practical way to extend the service life of the existing structure without a full rebuild. By re-using the existing substrate and introducing Tapered PIR to create falls, the design minimised structural intervention while still delivering a robust, high-performance warm roof upgrade.

Not every FiberTite membrane roof is found on a landmark building. Many are working quietly to protect the essential infrastructure we depend on every day.

This project shows how RoofLogic warm roof solutions can give ageing assets a new lease of life while ensuring reliability and long-term protection.
