With over 25 years in the construction industry (much of it as a roofing contractor) Graham founded Rooflogic out of a passion for the trade and a drive to see New Zealand “build better, starting with the right roof.”
Since the first project in 2014, Rooflogic has grown from strength to strength, as designers and building owners across the country have embraced the benefits of a well-designed roof: improved thermal performance, effective condensation management, enhanced acoustic control, and carefully selected components to ensure long-term durability.

Josh has an in-depth understanding of every Rooflogic system, making him the go-to person for anyone wanting to know exactly how and why our roofs are designed and built the way they are. Equally comfortable in an architect’s office, at RoofLogic’s training facility, or on site alongside contractors with tool belt on, Josh bridges the gap between design intent and practical execution.
A qualified builder by trade, he is well known for arriving at architectural presentations with built samples of roof assemblies and complex details in hand. Architects consistently tell us that the discussions sparked by Josh’s samples are among the most valuable and informative parts of their engagement with Rooflogic.
Josh works closely with Dr Dave on system design and development, driving innovations that are continuing to shape how roofs are constructed across New Zealand.

Genia is an Architectural Specification Consultant with Rooflogic, working across the North Island to support architects, designers and construction professionals with high performance warm roof systems and technical guidance. Known for her friendly, straight talking style – she helps project teams make confident decisions around warm roof design and system selection. Before joining Rooflogic, Genia spent many years at NZ Steel, building strong industry relationships and a deep understanding of the specification world. She has also served on the RANZ Board as an Independent Director and is passionate about lifting roofing knowledge across the sector through better education and collaboration. Genia now works closely with Rooflogic’s technical team to deliver presentations, practical advice and warm roof guidance for projects of all shapes and sizes.

Alisha Gutsell brings over eight years’ experience in the building industry, including seven years specialising in roofing systems.
With a strong grounding in weathertightness, Alisha is passionate about educating project teams on appropriate, buildable design solutions that are practical, compliant, and fit for purpose.
Known for her collaborative approach, Alisha has an extensive background in relationship building and stakeholder management, working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to support successful project outcomes. She is driven by a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals and prides herself on delivering a smooth, efficient, and positive customer experience from concept through to completion.

Based in Christchurch and covering the South Island, Phil is RoofLogic’s Southern Area Technical Sales Consultant. With deep expertise in all RoofLogic systems, he provides high-level technical support to specifiers and installers alike.
Before joining RoofLogic, Phil worked as a project manager for one of the South Island’s largest commercial roofing companies. During that time, he oversaw numerous complex commercial roofing and cladding projects, including some of New Zealand’s largest RoofLogic installations. Notable projects he managed include the Christchurch Convention Centre and the Shirley Boys/Avonside Girls Secondary School campus.
With 30 years of industry experience, Phil brings a methodical approach, strong attention to detail, and a practical problem-solving mindset. These qualities make him an integral part of the RoofLogic team and a reliable resource for specifiers and roofing contractors.
