AS Colour embarked on a long-term strategy to support the company’s projected growth over the next decade. The new distribution centre plays a central role in this transformation, delivering more efficient warehouse operations, improved environmental performance, and greater supply chain resilience.
Within the development, the office spaces required a different design approach to balance the scale of the warehouse with the comfort expected in a modern workplace. The project team specified the Ultratherm MSR system for these areas, combining robust durability with high thermal and acoustic performance.
